Free Shipping If your order is over $60, we’ll ship it for free to anywhere in the continental US or Canada.
Flat Rate Shipping If your order is less than $60, a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99 will apply for deliveries anywhere in the continental US or Canada.
When Will I Get My Delivery? Our goal is to deliver your Canada Pooch orders as quickly as possible. Orders ship out either the same day, or next day, and most customers receive their deliveries within 1-4 business days. When you are Checking Out, you will be able to see a transit time estimate, and once you place your order you will receive Shipping Status updates by email, and you can check the status any time by logging into your account and clicking “My Orders.”
Do I Need to Sign For My Package? If you’re not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man.
International Orders & Other Shipping Locations Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to certain US locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) or certain Canadian locations (Yukon, Nunavut or the Northwest Territories).
Shipping Restrictions We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses, and shipping to some rural postal codes and remote locations considered "beyond points” may have longer transit times. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Risk of Loss All products purchased at www.CanadaPooch.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
Taxes and Duties All applicable taxes will be calculated at Checkout. Duties will not be charged on any orders.
Refused Shipments We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Support@CanadaPooch.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
