Exchanging an Item

Once you initiate an exchange, we’ll e-mail you a printable shipping label, order receipt and instructions to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color. When we’ve received your item(s) and shipped your exchange, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail.

    Print out the prepaid shipping label and exchange form

  2. Step 2

    Place the exchange form inside your box

  3. Step 3

    Place the label outside the box

  4. Step 4

    Drop off items at any UPS location

Exchange Terms and Conditions
  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery
  • To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair.
  • The exchange form must be included within the package
  • All garments are subject to inspection
  • As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment. This will occur once the item has been received at the warehouse.
