I cannot, however, comment on the effectiveness of it as we haven't had to need or opportunity to employ it yet. So, 4 stars for now is my rating.

Could be a tiny bit looser in the neck but its not bad :) It is working well, soak it in cold water, put it in the fridge for a bit and it is still cooling her 2 hrs later. Thanks so much!!!

Initially I was worried that it would not fit my Boston, as he is slimmer than a the model who is also wearing a size 16. But the vest has adjustable straps so it comfortably fits around his torso. I’ve had a chance to try it out a couple days ago, and it worked so well. My pup would normally start panting early into a walk on a hot day, but he did not pant at all while wearing the vest. I was worried that my Boston would be too small for the size 16 since he is smaller than the model (who is also wearing a 16), but the straps allow some tightening. The straps were also located further from the shoulder which means it won't interfere with his harness. He doesn't seem to mind having it on, and it is easy to use (just soak in water). Will be using this a lot this summer. Oh, and he looks quite dapper in it. Canada Pooch never disappoints!

My boy looks incredibly handsome in it. With this vest I don't need to worry about Elmer getting too hot when we plan summer adventures.

My only concern is that the slit (for harness hookup) isn't reinforced so I know it will rip (her other clothes have) and thus it's a waste as it's not being used.
